Dowsing Chain (ダウジングチェイン - Daujingu Chein) is one of the Abilities exclusive to Kurapika in Jump Force.
Overview
Kurapika throws out part of his chain at his opponent. If it connects without blocking, he pulls them close and slams them down. Charging the move simply delays it.
If it is blocked, it pushes the opponent back.
Origins
As part of his Nen ability, Kurapika is able to use the marble-like charm on his chains as a Dowsing Rod, allowing him partial clairvoyance with a person's intentions, and likely more. While technically not an attack, the only time it has been used so far has been to find a traitor, who subsequently was attacked. This is likely what the second part of this ability is referencing.
