The World (世界（ザ・ワールド） - Za Wārudo) is Dio's Awakened Ability, and one of the Awakened Abilities in Jump Force.
Overview
Dio summons The World, who then rushes at high-speed. If they connect, The World stops time, allowing for Dio to drop a road roller on top of their opponent, punch it repeatedly and makes it explode when time starts again.
Origins
Stopping time is an ability of The World that Dio used quite frequently in his fight against Jotaro. Near the end, in an attempt to wait out the limit of Jotaro's time stopping ability, Dio tries to crush Jotaro with a road roller. While in the original scene, The World attacks the road roller to counteract Star Platinum's attacking, in Jump Force it's done to cause the road roller to explode.
