Cell (Perfect Form) (セル（完全体）Seru (Kanzentai), lit. "Cell (Perfect Body)") is a villain from the Dragon Ball series.
Character Info
Cell is the ultimate creation of Dr. Gero, designed via cell recombination using the genetics of the greatest fighters that the remote tracking device could find on Earth. The result was a "perfect warrior", possessing numerous favorable genetic traits and special abilities from Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Frieza and many others. After absorbing android 17 and 18 he finally achieved his perfect form but he was later ultimately defeated by Gohan.

In the story mode cell is already allied with the other Shonen Jump villains and joins them
